Q2.How to wash the hair?

1. Get everything ready:water,sham-poo,conditioner,and towel.

2. Put the hair into the warm water(no more than 95 F) and soak the hair.Apply mild shampoo and wash the hair.

3. Rinse the hair in the water.

4. Soak up the water with a towel, apply conditioner to the hair and wait for about 2 minutes.

5. Rinse the hair in the clean water. bring a basin of clean water and rinse the hair again.Squeeze the hair gently.

6. Ssoak up the water with a towel.

7. Air-dry the hair with opening the weft.

Q3. Could The Hair Be Dyed And iron-flat ?

Q1. Will the hair shedding or tangle?

A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle.It could last over a year if taken good care.

Q2. Why the hair has grey hair?

A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing, but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q3. Quality?

A.Completely 100% virgin hair without any mix. Some clients may talk about the dry ends when they receive the hair, we would like to clearly state that it's perfectly normal for human virgin hair to appear in this way, for it just loses the nutrition and health care for some time. Here's how you could do with this: nursing it with some hair oil or other conditioners. There will be no negative effects on the quality of hair.

Q4. How can I order one more bundle?

A. You could place an order first, do not pay, leave a msg about what extra length you need, contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q5. I cancelled my order, why I still do not receive the refund?

A: After the order is cancelled, it takes about 7 working days for Marion to process the refund.

Q6. Is there any Customs tax?

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.
